Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and creative assets, all sales in the MBS Shop are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Physical Products
For physical products (Apparel, Accessories, Marketing Materials, etc.), we offer a 14-day return policy for items that are damaged upon arrival or have a manufacturing defect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom/Personalized Items: Any items that are custom-made or personalized (e.g. Business Cards with your info) cannot be returned unless there is a printing error on our part.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Service-Based Projects
For custom design and development services, refunds are handled as follows:
- Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid to start a project is non-refundable as it covers planning and resource allocation.
- Milestone Payments: Once work on a specific milestone has begun, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
- Full Project: If you wish to cancel a project before completion, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you encounter any technical issues with a digital asset or are dissatisfied with a service/product, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to find a solution.
