We provide both digital and physical products. Delivery terms are as follows:

• Digital Products: Access or download links are provided immediately after payment verification.
• Physical Products: Processing and shipping times vary by product and destination. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. MBS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital assets, code, and custom designs Produced by MBS remain the intellectual property of MBS until full payment is received. Purchased digital assets are licensed for the buyer's personal or commercial use as specified on the product page.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information (including shipping address) when requested. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable to physical shipments in your country.

5. Limitation of Liability

MBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
